The swimming pool

Our swimming pool overlooks the valley, allowing you to enjoy the view of the beautiful landscape and the Montedoglio lake. It's also surrounded by our olive trees that provide privacy for our guests.

It measures 12x6 meters, the depth in the lower part is one meter and degrades up to a depth of 2.5 meters.
The swimming pool is outdoors, but the connection to our central heating system allows us to add some degree to the temperature in the cooler periods, the use is from May to September.

Our services

All apartments have a kitchen, a fireplace and a TV; all bedrooms have a bathroom and a wardrobe area.
The price comprises fresh linen every week, heating, electricity and water consumption.
Breakfast is available on request and consist in our handmade jams and cakes (only typical tuscan breakfast).
Guests have free access to the panoramic heated swimming pool (6 x 12 m).
We have a self-service laundry with washing machine and sink to wash.
You can also try our products, such as fresh fruit and vegetables, olive oil and Cinta senese charcuterie.
In October, you can collect chestnuts in the woodlands surrounding our place.
You can also have picnics in our large garden where a grill, a wood oven and fresh spring water are available.
The area suits perfectly activities such as trekking and hiking (on national CAI paths) and visiting art towns and museums.
We have an internet connection with wi-fi free spot.
